ISPM 15 Certified Wood Crates

EXPORT-READY ENCLOSURES

ISPM 15 Compliant (Bug Stamp) Wooden Shipping Crates

Saratoga Crating Company is a leading expert in packaging and crating items for international export from the U.S. Each of our locations has extensive knowledge of ISPM 15 wood crating, undergoes monthly inspections, and is required to document all incoming and outgoing wood types from their warehouse.

There are many factors to consider when packaging and crating for international shipments. Many foreign countries require that all wooden crates used for shipping from the U.S. be heat treated to reduce the risk of pest infestation. These wooden shipping crates must have an approved stamp known as the “bug stamp” or ISPM 15 mark, certifying the crate meets international shipping standards.

More Than Just Heat-Treated Wood

Just because heat-treated lumber is used to build a wood crate doesn’t mean that it is certified for international export.

That’s where we come in.

Saratoga Crating Company provides expert assistance on export crate building and shipping.
